Em is a recent graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor's of Art degree in Graphic Communications. She also has a two year AA degree and an AAS in Web Technology from Iowa Central Community College. She has worked on a magazine for the past year as well as book publishing.  Em is now employed as a graphic designer in Des Moines, Iowa.

Em has been around the world of web design and graphic communications since high school but is still learning more and more about the graphic communications industry everyday. Em has done freelance web design since 2004. She specializes in web design, print design, and video slide shows.  Em prides herself in working with clients to produce the highest possible quality of service and product. 

Through the latest technology, software, and equipment the world of graphic communications has free range in Em’s eyes allowing her to help you in turning that simple idea into an expression  of your business and yourself. 

Em is actively working to make Expressions by Em a success. Her number one priority is customer service and satisfaction. Em says that the only thing that matters is that your design is expressed  the way you imagined.
