Expressions by Em's process is simple. Our process and policy is to ensure the best quality service for you. We want everything from the beginning stages of meeting to the final production to be easy and reliable. The following is a sample way that Expressions by Em may work with you in the design process.
Expressions by Em's Process:
• Initial Meeting (via face to face or email)
• Contract Signed
• Mock Up/Initial Layout
• Client's Feedback
• Changes/Modifications
• Client Review

• Client Sign Off
• Payment is Due
• Client Receives Design/Product
Clients receive designs and products upon payment. An initial payment is due at the time the contract is signed. Prices can be found on the pricing page.
Expressions by Em's Policies:
• All designs and products are copyrighted and cannot be duplicated without the permission from Expressions by Em.
• Clients receive an Adobe PDF document for review with a copyright watermark so that it cannot be used without purchase.
• All logos created by Expressions by Em are subject to change due to the length and usage of logo. This all will be discussed with client at the initial meeting.
