Expressions by Em Policies
Please note that all processes, policies and terms and conditions are subject to change with notice and may be dealt with differently on a project by project basis. Additional terms and conditions will be outlined in client contract.

• All designs and products are copyrighted and cannot be duplicated without permission from Expressions by Em.
  
• Clients receive an Adobe PDF document for review with a copyright watermark so that it cannot be used without purchase.
  (This is subject to change once client login/proofing is functional.)
• All logos created by Expressions by Em are subject to price changes due to the length and usage of logo. This all will be discussed with Client at the initial meeting.
• Clients receive final designs and products upon payment. An initial payment is due at the time the contract is signed. Additional pricing information on pricing page or see Advances in the Terms and Conditions document (must request from Emily) for additional information.
• Late Fees: All invoices are subject to a 20 percent service charge every 30 days of an unpaid invoice.
• Insufficient Funds: Any insufficient funds will be subject to reimbursement to the Designer as well as a $50 service charge.
